MARCH GUT Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within our website.

 

1. Contact with us

If you contact us by e-mail, your details will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

User Website: The WordPress Foundation stores the following data via ‘ServerLogFiles’:

The visited page (URL), the browser or the browser version, the operating system used, the referrer URL (the previously visited page), the host name and IP address of the accessing computer, the time of the server request.

Newsletter subscribers: name, email, IP address and time zone

Employees: name, address, date of birth, SV no., Timelines, activity reports

Customers, suppliers and their contact persons: name, title, address, email, telephone number

The data are required for the contract and are initially stored for the duration of the business relationship. In addition, storage takes place within the framework of statutory provisions or retention requirements.

5. Data storage for purchases in our webshop

We point out that for the purpose of simpler shopping process and for subsequent contract processing by the webshop operator WordPress and WooCommerce in the context of cookies, the IP data of the connection owner can be stored, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.

In addition, the following data are also stored with us for the purpose of the contract: name, address, email and account data. The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After termination of the shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 (3) TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.

6. Newsletter:

If you sign up for the newsletter via the form on our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail requesting your renewed approval (Double Opt In Process).

Afterwards the personal data: name, email, IP address and time zone are transferred to MailChimp and processed there. Rocket Science Group, LLC -, which operates MailChimp, is certified under the Privacy Shield. In that regard, the conditions for a privacy-compliant handling of the data are present. 7. Web Analysis

Our website works with Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.
